Data collection was conducted using a Google form survey using a smartphone, and was conducted during the period from March 28 to April 8, 2022, during school attendance. For data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used using SPSS/WIN 23.0. Factors affecting the subject's career identity were found to be major satisfaction (t=4.01, p<.001) and career institution decision (t=2.13, p=.034) in general characteristics. Also, social isolation (t=-4.04, p<.001) was found to be a factor influencing career identity, and there was a negative correlation between career identity and social isolation (r=-.192, p=.006). ABSTRACT

This study was conducted to identify factors affecting professionalism of nursing students. This data is meant to be used as a starting point for identifying the educational methods required to build nursing professionalism. From March 18 through April 8, 2022, the subjects of this study were surveyed online through Google. With this, 194 questionnaires were collected from fourth-year students of the nursing department at a university. The analysis revealed a positive correlation between sociability, service, and nursing professionalism, with service having the greatest impact on nursing professionalism (p˂.001). Therefore, it is urgent to prepare a non-regular curriculum program that can cultivate the service of nursing students. Furthermore, it is important to create an educational program that may help nursing students become professionals in the field through a variety of volunteer activities, such as non-face-to-face programs, encouraging voluntary participation, and continuous management © 2022,Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities. ABSTRACT

Messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccine has emerged as an attractive agent for prevention of infectious disease and anti-cancer therapy. However, there is a fatal risk that the safety evaluation for mRNA vaccine have not been fully studied yet. In this study, we evaluated the safety of four type of COVID-19 S-protein targeting mRNA vaccines with different compositions (C2/ LNP90, C2LNP128, C3LNP90 and C3LNP128). Theses vaccines were intramuscularly injected to 6-wk old male and female ICR mice with twice at an interval of 2 wks. The necropsy was carried out on 2 days or 14 days after secondary injection. The results showed that the body weight was decreased for 2days after the first injection in C2/LNP128 and C3/LNP128-injected mice, but it was almost recovered at 7day post injection (dpi). At 2 dpi after secondary injection, the endpoint blood analysis of demonstrated that C2/LNP128 and C3/LNP128 decreased the number of lymphocytes, monocytes and reticulocytes carrying the abnormal level of liver function indicator such as albumin, AST, ALT and total protein. Additionally, C2/LNP128 decreased the number of platelet and C3LNP128 decreased the number of red blood cells, respectably. Spleen and inguinal lymph node were enlarged in all experimental group. Notably, C2/LNP128 and C3/LNP128 induced severe edema in injection site, femoris muscle. At 14 dpi after secondary injection, the toxicity that was observed at 2 dpi after secondary injection was recovered. These results suggest that the potential side effects of mRNA vaccines must be systematically evaluated with multiple aspect of toxicology.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to present the problems and solutions of live shopping to suggest the direction of live commerce broadcasting in the future by examining the influence of the types of impulse buying on consumers’ emotional responses and the reuse intention according to changes into non-contact economy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To achieve the purpose of this study, the theoretical foundation of related factors was established based on literature research and previous studies. Accordingly, research models and research hypotheses were presented. To verify the hypothesis, a survey was conducted through an online survey method targeting 300 consumers who have experience using live shopping in China. The statistical analysis was conducted by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS26.0 program. The results of the empirical analysis and implications of this study are as follows. First, pure impulse buying, planned impulse buying, stimulus impulse buying and reminder impulse buying had a significant positive (+) effect on jealousy and vanity of emotional response. Therefore, the seller of the product is expected to increase sales by stimulating customers ’ impulse buying. In addition, the purchaser may meet emotional responses such as jealousy or vanity, but this may lead to economic losses or unnecessary product purchases. Second, jealousy and vanity of emotional response had a significant positive (+) effect on reuse intention. Therefore, the purchaser should try to find ways to reduce emotional responses such as jealousy and vanity. Third, pure impulse buying, planned impulse buying, stimulus impulse buying and reminder impulse buying had a significant positive (+) effect on reuse intention. Therefore, impulse buying can lead to product purchase even if there is no stimulus of emotional reaction such as jealousy or vanity, so product buyers should exclude the factors that can cause impulse buying as much as possible. This study also aims to present the research results and implications based on some limitations in the process of the study. First, if the study is conducted for all age groups, it is expected that the results of more objective research will be derived. Second, if comparative research is conducted on live shopping users in various countries, it is judged that strategies will be derived to help identify the tendency of live shopping users by country and to establish marketing strategies for product sellers. © 2022, Success Culture Press.
